Click on the following modes:

Basic Mode
Basic mode includes limited features with default values.

Advanced Mode
Advanced mode includes all possible options of IMEx to be set by the user.

Genome-level Extraction Mode
For extracting microsatellites 'on the fly' from all bacterial and viral genomes.


Note: The Intermediate mode has been removed and included few extra features to Basic mode as per the request of the users.
